Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy in Godalming, Surrey (nr Guildford, Woking, and Haslemere).

Hello and welcome to my site. I am currently based in Godalming (nr. Guildford) and see clients for short or long term therapy at The Holistic Centre. I integrate a combination of models in my counselling and psychotherapy practice; mostly drawing upon the person-centred, humanistic, and transpersonal approaches.

I adapt my approach according to what a person might need from therapy. This depends on what issues are presented and a person's circumstances. Thus, each session can range from a very grounded level of talking and reflecting through to processing pain, and connecting with one’s inner, core self.

When needed, I also incorporate EMDR, (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) a technique that helps clients to process and release addictive or emotionally traumatic issues. This processing tool is very useful in my work as it helps clients to quickly move on from areas in which they feel truly stuck or wounded.

For clients wanting a more spiritual approach in psychotherapy, I may look at dreams, creative visualisation, and the Angelic Realm to 'tune in' and offer any guidance on one’s life path, or any energetic clearing that may be helpful to one’s overall growth. I also offer separate Angel Therapies (Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Readings) to clients who may be interested.

I am a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I am registered with the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy).

I am experienced in helping clients of varying age groups who have experienced difficulties with: Stress, Low self-confidence, Self harm, Anger, Relationships, Panic Attacks, Anxiety, Bereavement, Loss, Redundancy, Depression, Addictions.

My counselling and psychotherapy practice is based in Godalming, at 'The Holistic Cente,' The Barn, Bridge Street, GU7 1HW, www.holisticcentre.co.uk which is within easy reach of Guildford, Woking, and Haslemere. Godalming is located in Surrey County and is accessible from the surrounding counties of Hamsphire and Sussex, as well as South West London.
