Appointments are usually made on a weekly basis and are charged as follows:

Integrative Psychotherapy:
I integrate a combination of models in my practice, mostly drawing upon the person-centred, humanistic, and transpersonal approaches.
I believe every client needs a unique package of work according to what issue(s) is presented and where the individual is situated in life. Thus, each session can range from a very grounded level of talking and reflecting through to processing deep pain, and connecting with one's inner, core self.
When needed, I also incorporate EMDR, (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) a technique that helps clients to process and release addictive or emotionally traumatic issues. This processing tool is very useful in my work as it helps clients to move on from areas in which they feel truly stuck or wounded.
For clients wanting a more spiritual approach, I may use dreamwork, creative visualisation, and the Angelic Realm to tune in and offer any guidance on one's life path, or any energetic clearing that may be necessary to one's overall growth.
Angelic Reiki:
I offer traditional Reiki (hands-on-healing) while at the same time tuning in to the Angelic Realm for enhanced healing. If the client wishes, I offer any guidance received during the session, as a result of this tuning in. This guidance can include practical advice, insights into one's physical/emotional health, or anything the Angels may want the client to be aware of. A very relaxing, interesting, and sometimes, transformative session.
Angelic Indian Head Massage:
Along with offering traditional Indian Head Massage, (a gentle, tension-relieving massage centred around the scalp, neck and shoulders) I can also tune in to the Angelic Realm whilst delivering this treatment. Depending on the client's request or need, the Angelic Realm can be used to further heal any physical tension or any areas needing clearing on an energetic level. I may also give any general guidance from the Angels to the client as a result of this tuning in.
Angel Reading/Clearing:
In this session, I tune into the client's energy and the Angelic Realm to offer any intuitive guidance on one's life path or anything the Angels want the client to know at that time. I also work with the Archangels and Ascended Masters to help with any energetic clearing, physical healing, or with releasing emotional/addictive issues. If the client wishes, I may also use Angel Tarot cards to further tune in and provide feedback on any particular issue of concern.
